DOG BOARDING QUESTIONS

Do you offer a discount for multiple dogs?

Yes, to qualify, dogs must be from the same owner and/or live in the same household. Vaccine copies must reflect the same. See our “A la carte menu” for discounted rates.

If my dog is vaccinated today, can I board my dog tomorrow?

Unfortunately, no. We require that all dogs (previously vaccinated as well as non vaccinated) need to have their vaccinations at least two weeks prior to coming to our facility.

How old should my dog be to board and/or attend daycare?

All dogs should be at least 3 months of age and have all their required vaccinations. Puppies require all sets of shots for their age. We always recommend you consult your Veterinarian.

Do you accept unspayed/unneutered dogs?

Yes, we accept unspayed/unneutered dogs. If needed, they will be separated from other pets and receive one on one playtime.

My dog is great with people, but doesn't like other dogs. Is this a problem?

No. Our guests can individually exercise in our yards with our Caregivers.

My dog is somewhat of an “Escape artist”. How are your yards secured?

Our yards have a 6-foot high chain linked fence. Unfortunately, if your dog can jump over this height, can chew through a chain linked fence or is prone to digging under fences, we cannot guarantee their confinement. An alternate care solution must be made known to us.

My dog is nervous and/or hates noise. How is this handled?

We suggest you bring your dog/puppy for a trial stay. We can always accommodate their special needs. Please inform our caregivers prior to boarding.

What happens if my dog becomes ill while in your care?
We have a fully quarantined “sick bay” area. Our first line of defense is to get in touch with you. If we cannot, we will seek out the veterinarian you have provided us with, at your expense. If after hour care is needed, we will bring your pet to an after hour emergency veterinary clinic; charges will apply.
Will my dog be groomed while boarding?
After a 10+ night stay, a complimentary bath and brushing is provided. Grooming and special services are available for an additional fee.
How are fees based?

Fees are based per night until 10am the following morning. If pets are not picked-up before 10am a Daycare fee will be added.

How large are the individual suites?
Canine Suites are a generous 4’x8’x6’ or 4’x7’x6’ and they are cleaned and disinfected daily.

Cats can co-mingle, but they don’t necessarily have to. We can accommodate your requests.

Bright, spacious 3’x3’x8′ or 4’x3’x3’, multi-level and modern sound proof suites are cleaned and disinfected daily.

What are your Hours of Operation?

Our hours of operation are from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year!

What are your Drop-off and Pick-Up Hours?

Our Drop-off and Pick-up hours are between 7am to 10am or between 4pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year!

How and when do I book my pet’s vacation?

Book your pet as soon as you know which dates you require! Holidays, weekends (especially long weekends) are always full. Make your reservation online by clicking on New Client Reservation if you are a new client or click on Returning Client Login for returning clients. Click here to book now.

How do I book on short notice or in an emergency?

Always call us at 613-257-6060. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE! We will do our best to accommodate your pet but we cannot guarantee any short notice bookings.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

Should you need to cancel, please call us directly as soon as you know (613-257-6060).

What are the drop-off/pick-up procedures?
Upon drop-off/pick-up, please arrive on time and allow 15 minutes for check-in/check-out.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least [24 hours] prior to your reservation.

Is my pet supervised during Daycare?

All guests are safely supervised by our caregivers at all times.

What are your Daycare drop-off and pick-up hours?

Our Daycare drop-off hours are between 7am and 10am, and our pick-up hours are between 4pm and 6:30pm, Monday to Sunday, 365 days a year!

Do you offer tours?
